How to raise a complaint

Email thomas.stephenson@ahr-group.com with "Complaint" in the subject line, or message +971 58 571 3599 on WhatsApp. Tell us what happened, which property or transaction it concerns, and what outcome you are looking for.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and tell you who is handling it.

Our response

A senior member of the team will review the matter and reply in writing with our findings and any proposed resolution, normally within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied

You can refer the matter to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department.

Complaints about a licensed broker or brokerage can be raised with the Dubai Land Department through its official channels at dubailand.gov.ae.

Raising a complaint with us does not affect any other rights you have under UAE law.

We keep a record of every complaint and use it to improve how we work.
