In this policy, "we" and "us" mean A H R Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.
We collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence and anything you tell us about what you are looking for. We collect these when you send an enquiry, request a guide or brochure, or contact us by email or WhatsApp. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit and the device and browser you use. We use your information to reply to your enquiry, send you the guides or brochures you ask for, advise you on property in the UAE and keep a record of our dealings with you. With your agreement, we may also send you market updates and opportunities. You can ask us to stop at any time. We also use information where the law requires it, for example to carry out identity and anti-money laundering checks before a transaction.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and manage enquiries, such as our website host and our customer relationship management system, and with Google if you accept analytics cookies. If you ask us to, we will introduce you to developers, banks, lawyers or other firms involved in your purchase, and share the details they need. We may also share information with regulators and authorities where the law requires us to.
Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records linked to a property transaction are kept for as long as UAE law requires.
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop using it for marketing, and withdraw any consent you have given.
